Postures held for 30 - 45 seconds to help build endurance, strength, and flexibility. A great class to learn the foundation of asanas (postures) and breathwork. Refreshing cold towel provided at the end of class.
This class uses hot stones, hot blankets, hot towels, bolsters, blocks, sandbags, eye pillows, and essential oils. Encouraging physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. This style is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing.
A slow-paced class with postures held for longer periods of time. Stretches and targets the deep connective tissues between muscles, improves flexibility, and increases circulation. This class concludes with a hot blanket and hot towel.
Hatha style class with gentle transitions, breath focus, stretching, and tension release. Refreshing cold towel provided at the end of class.
Laying back in savasana with bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows while you find complete relaxation. This is a guided meditation which will allow you to arrive at the state just before sleep. This yogic sleep is as restful as several hours of conventional sleep. It helps to improve one’s emotional state of being, releases tension, and promotes healing within the body and mind. This class concludes with a hot blanket and hot towel.
