On Sunday, April 27 from 2-4 PM you are invited to this Somatic Energy Healing Workshop.

This is a 2 hour Spinal Energetics, Akashic Connection, and Holy Fire Reiki Experience.

During the workshop, Tara will guide you through some somatic embodiment practices to help you let go of the day and connect more to your body in the present moment. You will get to see and hear what spinal energetics looks and sounds like. As you find deep relaxation, Tara will guide you through a short meditation, while opening the Akashic Connection. As a group, we will move through the experience of a Spinal Energetics session. Ending the workshop with a reiki infused guided meditation to help with integration before you leave.

Tara is a Holy Fire III New Earth World Peace Reiki Master Teacher, Spinal Energetics Practitioner, and Akashic Connector & Healer.  She loves holding space for clients to connect and integrate more of their authentic selves.  Tara holds spaces of safety and compassion.  She is ready to let your body lead the way and hold space for anything you are ready to move through.  Tara believes that your body has the innate wisdom to heal in spaces of deep relaxation and safety.

Spinal Energetics was developed by Chiropractor and Counselor, Dr. Sarah Jane from Australia.  Spinal energetics works with your spine and your nervous system through your energetic field to help release stuck energy and build more resiliency in your day-to-day life.

The Akashic Realm is a metaphysical space that holds the energetic imprint of all versions of you that have ever existed, past, present, and future possibilities.  This is a space of non-duality, there is only unconditional love.  This is a space of safety and support that Tara uses in all of her sessions to allow you to build your capacity to feel safe to be yourself fully.

Contraindications:

This event is not suitable for those with:

• Pregnancy: Spinal Energetics is not suitable for those who are pregnant or 6months postpartum
• Diagnosed Severe PTSD
• Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)
• Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry
• Recent physical injuries, fractures, and/or surgeries
• Epilepsy or history of seizures
• History or diagnosis of aneurysms
• Cardiovascular problems, Heart Conditions or Heart Disease
• Severe Asthma
• Under the age of 13 or over the age of 75
• Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, or spiritual emergence within the past 3 years
• Any other medical, psychiatric, or physical conditions that would impair or affect their ability o engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.
• Please also note that to attend this event, we insist that you not drink alcohol or take any plant medicine, illicit substances, or illegal substances before, during, or directly after the event.

As you settle into each pose, Maria will come around to each participant and do a hands-on Reiki energy mini session to enhance relaxation, release energetic blockages, and restore balance.
